At this time, I ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
All products are made to order, and orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days, unless stated otherwise.
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days after dispatch.*
Please note: Delivery times are estimated by Royal Mail and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to regional disruptions, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.
Returns & Refunds Policy
I take great pride in providing high-quality products, but if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, I offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it
Unused and in its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact me at studio@lizgovier.com. Once your return request is approved, I will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.
Responsibility for Return Costs
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Buyers are also responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Damaged or faulty goods
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We’ll assess the issue promptly and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return — this includes custom-made products, such as special orders or personalised items.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
